Effective 1st of January,
2004 and include 10% GST.
Included hours not used in a month cannot be carried
over to the next month.
Any hours in excess of the included are
billed at the Excess Usage rate
per hour or part
thereof.
Unlimited plans are subject to a 20min idle time disconnection.
Sessions will be automatically disconnected at the applicable session limit.
Immediate reconnection is possible.
Initial Jump Internet set
up and configuration of your system for Internet Access is FREE
at your premises ( Up to 1 hour ). If you wish to configure your
system yourself we can provide you with the relevant
information.
You may at any time swap and change between
any of our plans. We just require notification
via email prior to the
beginning of the month you wish to change. Changes will then take
effect as of the first day of the new calendar month.
Payments for all accounts
are by credit card, or three months in advance by cheque,
cash, money order or direct deposit.
