Initial Jump Internet set
up and configuration of your system for Internet Access is FREE
at your premises ( Up to 1 hour ). If you wish to configure your
system yourself we can provide you with the relevant
information.
You may at any time swap and change between
any of our plans. We just require notification via email prior to the
beginning of the month you wish to change. Changes will then take
effect as of the first day of the new calendar month.
Payments for all accounts
are by credit card, or three months in advance by cheque,
cash, money order or direct deposit.

Connection
Fees and Contract Term
No connection fees and no contract term beyond your initial payment.
Other Charges
To connect with ISDN, you will require an ISDN phone line. To upgrade your
existing phone line or install a new ISDN line, contact Telstra on 132 200.
Our plan fees do not include connection call charges. Telstra will charge 30
cents per hour per 64K channel for the time you are connected to the internet.
Alternatively Telstra offer a ISDN Home Internet Calls Plan for $16.50 p/m
which will give you unlimited data calls to our 0198 dial-up number. For more
